On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the COVID-19 Related Measures Act, S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(b) the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

1 Items 23.5 and 23.6 of Schedule 2 of the COVID-19 Related Measures Act, S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, are repealed.

Appendix 2

1 Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(a) in Column 2 of Item 9A by adding the following paragraph:

(c) Emergency Program Act and regulations made under the Emergency Program Act ,

(b) in Column 2 of Items 22, 26, 30 and 31 by adding the following paragraph:

(b) Emergency Program Act and regulations made under the Emergency Program Act , and

(c) in Column 2 of Items 26B, 32C and 32D by striking out "COVID-19 Related Measures Act" and substituting the following:

Every provision of the following enactments, the contravention of which constitutes an offence:

(a) COVID-19 Related Measures Act 

(b) Emergency Program Act and regulations made under the Emergency Program Act .

2 Schedule 2 is amended under the heading "COVID-19 Related Measures Act"

(a) by repealing the following items as indicated:
