B.C. Reg. 12/2022, deposited January 17, 2022, under the WILDLIFE ACT [section 64.1] and the OFFENCE ACT [section 132 (2)]. Order in Council 19/2022, approved and ordered January 17, 2022.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) section 3.1 (2) of the Guiding Territory Certificate Regulation, B.C. Reg. 115/2015, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(c) section 3.16.1 of the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation. ,

(b) Schedule 2 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by adding the following as indicated under the heading "Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82":

(c) the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended

(i) in section 3.09 (2) and (3) by striking out "furbearing" and substituting "fur bearing", and

(ii) in section 3.15 by striking out "or pelts to be harvested from the trapline" and substituting "or number of pelts to be taken from the trapline".
