On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(a) effective March 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(b) effective June 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 2,

(c) effective July 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 3, and

(d) effective August 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 4.

Appendix 1

1 Items 3 and 9 of Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, are amended in Column 4 by striking out "2022" and substituting "2027".

Appendix 2

1 Item 19.1 of Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended in Column 4 by striking out "2022" and substituting "2027".

2 Schedule 2 is amended by adding the following item:

Appendix 3

1 Item 14 of Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(a) in Column 3 by striking out "2%" and substituting "3%", and

(b) in Column 4 by striking out "2022" and substituting "2027".

2 Items 15, 18 and 25 of Schedule 1 are amended in Column 4 by striking out "2022" and substituting "2027".

3 Items 34 and 37 of Schedule 1 are amended

(a) in Column 3 by striking out "2%" and substituting "3%", and

(b) in Column 4 by striking out "January 1, 2025" and substituting "July 1, 2027".

4 Item 2 of Schedule 2 is amended

(a) in Column 3 by striking out "2%" and substituting "3%", and

(b) in Column 4 by striking out "2022" and substituting "2027".

5 Item 9 of Schedule 2 is amended

(a) in Column 3 by striking out "2%" and substituting "3%", and

(b) in Column 4 by striking out "January 1, 2025" and substituting "July 1, 2027".

Appendix 4

1 Item 6 of Schedule 2 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is repealed and the following substituted:
