I, Rob Fleming, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, order that

(a) section 2 (1) (i) of the Provincial Public Undertakings Regulation, B.C. Reg. 513/2004, is amended by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the person", and

(b) section 6 (4) (b) (iii) of the Weld Repair of Aluminum Alloy Wheels Regulation, B.C. Reg. 5/97, is repealed and the following substituted:

(iii) the name and certification number of the welder who performed the repair, and .
