On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 1 (a) to (c), (e) to (j), (m), and (p) to (r), 3, 4, 15, 23, 26, 27, 29, 31 to 78, 125, 126, 129 to 131, 136, 137, 139 and 153 to 156 of the Election Amendment Act, 2019, S.B.C. 2019, c. 42, are brought into force.
