Schedule

1 Section 42 (3) of the Cremation, Interment and Funeral Services Regulation, B.C. Reg. 298/2004, is repealed and the following substituted:

(3) At the time a person who is an embalmer or a funeral director, or an apprentice to an embalmer or a funeral director, ceases to provide embalmer or funeral director services, or ceases to be an apprentice, the person must return the person’s licence to the director.

2 Section 3 (f) of the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 328/75, is repealed and the following substituted:

(f) any member of any marketing board or commission shall cease to hold office if the member is convicted of any offence under the Act or of the scheme established by order in council pursuant to the Act under which the member is elected or appointed, or if by notice in writing to the marketing board or commission the member resigns from office, or if the member’s office is declared vacant in accordance with the next preceding paragraph;
