B.C. Reg. 86/2022, deposited April 4, 2022, under the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACT [section 108.2]. Order in Council 182/2022, approved and ordered April 4, 2022.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Conservation Officer Service Authority Regulation, B.C. Reg. 318/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 1 (2) of the Conservation Officer Service Authority Regulation, B.C. Reg. 318/2004, is amended

(a) in paragraph (a.5) by striking out "Fisheries Act;" and substituting "Fish and Seafood Act;", and

(b) by adding the following paragraphs:

(g.1) Trespass Act;

(k) Wildlife Act.

2 The Table is repealed and the following substituted:
