B.C. Reg. 89/2022, deposited April 7, 2022, under the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [section 82]. Order in Council 187/2022, approved and ordered April 7, 2022.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended in section 109.5 by striking out "June 1, 2022" and substituting "March 31, 2023".
