On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended,

(a) effective November 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(b) effective February 1, 2023, as set out in the attached Appendix 2,

(c) effective May 1, 2023, as set out in the attached Appendix 3, and

(d) effective June 1, 2023, as set out in the attached Appendix 4.

Appendix 1

1 Items 6.1 and 22 of Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, are amended in column 4 by striking out "January 1, 2023" and substituting "January 1, 2028".

2 Item 36 of Schedule 1 is amended in column 4 by striking out "November 1, 2022" and substituting "November 1, 2027".

Appendix 2

1 Schedule 2 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended by adding the following item as indicated:

Appendix 3

1 Item 13 of Schedule 2 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(a) in column 1 by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

(a) Cariboo Regional District; , and

(b) in column 4 by striking out "May 1, 2023" and substituting "May 1, 2028".

Appendix 4

1 Item 29 of Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is repealed and the following substituted as indicated:
