B.C. Reg. 215/2022, deposited November 8, 2022, under the WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT [section 140]. Order in Council 560/2022, approved and ordered November 8, 2022.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Firefighters’ Occupational Disease Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/2009, is amended

(a) in section 2 by adding the following paragraphs:

(p) primary site pancreatic cancer;

(q) primary site thyroid cancer. , and

(b) in the table in section 3 by adding the following items:
