B.C. Reg. 220/2022, deposited November 14, 2022, under the PROPERTY LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 2022 [section 4], the PROPERTY LAW ACT [section 43] and the REAL ESTATE SERVICES ACT [section 89.2 (6)]. Order in Council 565/2022, approved and ordered November 14, 2022.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) B.C. Reg. 175/2022 is amended by striking out "effective January 1, 2023" and substituting "effective January 3, 2023", and

(b) B.C. Reg. 176/2022 is amended by striking out "effective January 1, 2023" and substituting "effective January 3, 2023".
