B.C. Reg. 53/2023, deposited March 1, 2023, under the EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ACT [section 127]. Order in Council 137/2023, approved and ordered March 1, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 9 (1) (a) of the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) is valid for a period of up to 3 years as specified by the director, and .
