B.C. Reg. 55/2023, deposited March 1, 2023, under the FARMING AND FISHING INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT ACT [section 10]. Order in Council 129/2023, approved and ordered March 1, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 3 of the Raspberry Industry Development Council Regulation, B.C. Reg. 484/98, is amended

(a) by repealing subsection (2.1), and

(b) in subsection (3) by striking out "or (2.1)".
