B.C. Reg. 56/2023, deposited March 1, 2023, under the MAA-NULTH FIRST NATIONS FINAL AGREEMENT ACT [sections 18 and 18.1] and TSAWWASSEN FIRST NATION FINAL AGREEMENT ACT [section 19]. Order in Council 136/2023, approved and ordered March 1, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulations are repealed:

(a) the Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement Interim Regulation, B.C. Reg. 55/2011;

(b) the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement Interim Regulations, B.C. Reg. 54/2009.
