B.C. Reg. 57/2023, deposited March 1, 2023, under the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [section 71 (2)]. Order in Council 132/2023, approved and ordered March 1, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 9 of the Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, is amended

(a) by renumbering it as section 9 (1),

(b) by striking out "must deliver to the director" and substituting "must prepare", and

(c) by adding the following subsection:

(2) If requested by the director, the authorized person must deliver the statement prepared under subsection (1) to the director by the time specified by the director.
