On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Schedule to the Provincial Land Definition Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 219/96, is amended by repealing items 2 to 10, 17 to 19, 21, 27 and 33 to 35.
