B.C. Reg. 60/2023, deposited March 1, 2023, under the PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS ACT [section 133 (2)]. Order in Council 130/2023, approved and ordered March 1, 2023.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 8 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Drilling Licence and Lease Regulation, B.C. Reg. 10/82, is repealed.
