Bylaw restriction

1 A bylaw under section 374.4 of the Vancouver Charter is restricted to property classes 1, 5, 6 and 8 as set out in B.C. Reg. 438/81.

Development potential relief — non-disqualifying exemption

2 The exemption under the Industrial and Business Property Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 485/83, is prescribed for the purposes of section 374.6 (6) (b) (ii) of the Vancouver Charter.
