Wildlife Act
Habitat Conservation Trust Fund Regulation
Definitions
1 In this regulation:
"Act" means the Wildlife Act;
"board" and "board member" have the same meanings as in Part 2 of the Act.
Notice
2 Notice of the date, time and location of any meeting of the board must be given to each board member at least 5 days before the meeting.
Remuneration
3 The amount of remuneration prescribed for the purposes of section 116 (1) (e) of the Act is,
(a) for the chair of the board, $250 for each day that he or she is engaged in meetings of the board for the purpose of exercising the board's powers and performing its duties under Part 2 of the Act, and
(b) for any other board member, $200 for each day that he or she is engaged in meetings of the board for the purpose of exercising the board's powers and performing its duties under Part 2 of the Act.
