Land Tax Deferment Administration Fee Remission Regulation
Remission of fees
1 Authorization is given for the remission of application and renewal fees payable in respect of a deferral agreement requested by a person who meets the requirements of section 5 (2.1) of the Land Tax Deferment Act for the 2009 or 2010 taxation year.
