Retention of Fees for Attendance at Training Program Regulation

Authorization
1 The go2 Tourism HR Society is authorized to retain, as remuneration for all services performed, the fees set and collected under the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation in respect of the "Serving It Right: The Responsible Beverage Service Program".
Repeal
2 Unless earlier repealed, this regulation is repealed on September 30, 2015.
