Remission Regulation No. 4 (Vancouver Indy)
Remission approval
1 Approval is given for the remission of social service tax payable on a racing vehicle, related parts or equipment brought into British Columbia for the purposes of the holding and promoting of the 2002, 2003 or 2004 Molson Vancouver Indy, provided that the vehicle, related parts or equipment is present in British Columbia for no more than 9 days in the calendar year of the race and that presence is directly related to the holding and promoting of the 2002, 2003 or 2004 Molson Vancouver Indy.
