Transportation and Highways Collections Commission Regulation

Section 1 BEFORE amended by BC Reg 4/2010, effective January 14, 2010.

1 A person who is retained under contract with the Ministry of Transportation and Highways to collect overdue fines accounts receivable

(a) may be authorized to retain a fee or commission from the amounts actually collected, or

(b) may be paid out of consolidated revenue fund a fee or commission

calculated under section 2 and provided for under the contract.
