Retention of Fees for Liquor Training Programs Regulation
Authorization
1 A person approved under section 184 (2) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation to provide a training program prescribed under section 60 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act who collects the fee prescribed under that Act for that training program is authorized to retain the fee as remuneration for all services performed.
