Section 1 definition of "council" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 154/2017, effective July 28, 2017.

"council" means the Cattle Industry Development Council continued as a council under section 6.1 (a) (ii)¹ of the Act;

Section 6 (2) (b) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 193/2011, effective November 4, 2011.

(b) on or before March 31, 2012, any payment that has been made by the council from the levy to the National Beef Research, Market Development and Promotion Agency.
