Financial Administration Act

Retention of Fees or Commissions for the Collection of
Delinquent Accounts for the Ministry of Forests and Range Regulation

Approval

1   Approval is given for retention of a fee or commission by a person retained by the government to collect delinquent accounts owing to the government as represented by the minister responsible for the administration of those portions of the Forest Act for which the Minister of Finance is not responsible.

Rate or level of the fee or commission

2   The rate or level of the fee or commission referred to in section 1 is the rate or level set in the agreement of retainer for the person and may not exceed 100% of the amount collected on the delinquent account.
