1 For the purposes of section 76 (3) (f) and (5) (a) of the Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act, R.S.B.C. 1960, c. 261, the minimum and maximum rates to be levied by The Corporation of the District of Kent to pay drainage costs are as follows:

| $1.50 per acre | $14.29 per acre |
| $1.00 per parcel | $57.16 per parcel |
