Public Sector Pension Plans Act

DESIGNATED INSTITUTIONS REGULATION

[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 195/2005, March 31, 2005]

Designation

1 The following are designated institutions for the purposes of Part 3 of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act:

(a) British Columbia Ferry Services Inc.;

(b) OPEIU 378/ICBC Pension Plan;

(d) British Columbia Lottery Corporation Pension Plan;

(e) British Columbia Safety Authority;

(f) BC Rail Ltd. Pension Plan;

(g) Supplementary Pension Plan for Executive Employees of BC Rail Ltd.;

(h) University of British Columbia Faculty Pension Plan;

(i) 2010 Games Operating Trust;

(j) The British Columbia Scholarship Society.
