Creditor Assistance Act
[includes amendments up to B.C. Reg. 536/95]
1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Creditor Assistance Act.
2 A fee of $30 must be paid to the district registrar
(a) for the filing of an affidavit of claim under section 8 (1) of the Act, or
(b) for the issue or renewal of a certificate.
