Police Act

GREATER VANCOUVER TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
POLICE SERVICE REGULATION

Interpretation

1 In this regulation:

“GVTAPS” means the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority Police Service;

“transportation service region” has the same meaning as in the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority Act.

Powers, duties and functions of the board of the GVTAPS

2 The powers, duties and functions of the board of the GVTAPS are those set out in section 4.2 (2) (c) of the Police Act.

Geographical area

3 The geographical area within which the GVTAPS and its designated constables must operate is the transportation service region.
