Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for
British Columbia Fee Regulation

Amount of fee

1A fee of $30 shall be paid to the Crown in right of the Province by a person who is appointed pursuant to section 56 of the Evidence Act to be a commissioner for taking affidavits for British Columbia.
