Designation Regulation No. 2

Designated organization

1The following are designated as an organization of health care professionals for the purposes of the definition of "organization of health care professionals" in section 51 (1) of the Evidence Act:

(a)the British Columbia Medical Association;

(b)the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia;

(c)the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia;

(d)the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia;

(e)the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses;

(f)the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia;

(g)the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia;

(h)the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia;

(i)the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia;

(j)the College of Midwives of British Columbia.
