Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy
Limits Regulation

Prescribed limits under section 151 of the Act

1In respect of motor vehicle liability insurance policies issued or renewed on and after January 1, 1985, the prescribed amounts under section 151 of the Act are

(a)at least $200 000 for each of subsections (1) and (2),

(b)$180 000 for subsection (3) (a),

(c)$20 000 for subsection (3) (b),

(d)at least $200 000 for the first reference to a prescribed amount in subsection (4), and

(e)at least $20 000 for the second reference to a prescribed amount in subsection (4).
