Prescribed standards

1The Standards of Safety and Repair set out in the Schedule are prescribed as the standards applicable to those classes of vehicles which require to be inspected under Division 25 of B.C. Reg. 26/58, the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations.

The Schedule is exempt from publication and may be inspected at the offices of the Commercial
Vehicle Safety and Enforcement Branch, Ministry of Transportation, 3A - 940 Blanshard Street,
Victoria, B.C., V8W 3E6.
