Motor Vehicle Act

Superintendent of Motor Vehicles Records Regulation

Interpretation

1In this regulation "Act" means the Motor Vehicle Act.

Records prescribed for section 82 (11) of the Act

2For the purpose of section 82 (11) of the Act, the records described below are prescribed:

(a)those records, each of which sets out or describes, with respect to a person, the information required by section 95 (4) of the Act;

(b)those records, each of which sets out or describes, with respect to a person, particulars of or pertaining to a prohibition from operating a motor vehicle imposed under section 91, 92, 93, 98, 99, 100 or 215 of the Act or section 7 (2) (f) or (3) of the Young Offenders (British Columbia) Act;

(c)those records, each of which sets out or describes, with respect to a person, particulars of or pertaining to a suspension imposed before September 1, 1982 under section 29, 90, 94, 95 or102 of the Act.
